3. How do I get to use the Liiteri items?

  2. Register to the service by creating your username and confirm your email address
  3. You can purchase a one-time rental or a monthly subscription. You can use a coupon that you have received.

4. How much does the use of Liiteri cost?

5. How do I pay the one-time rental or the monthly package?

One-time rental and the monthly package can be paid by either credit or debit card. You can attach multiple cards to your account and choose which card to use when paying.

6. How do I terminate the monthly package? If there is a cancellation period, do I have to pay something after cancelling the service?

The monthly package is cancelled with the Cancel subscription button in the User profile page. After this you are no longer billed, and your subscription terminates at the end of the current monthly payment period.

7. How long can I rent or borrow items each time?

In one-time rental the rental period is limited only by other reservations. You can see the reservation situation in the reservation calendar of the item when making the reservation.

In the case of monthly subscription, the borrowing period of the item depends on your monthly package. Use the below links to learn more about borrowing periods.

8. How many items can I borrow at one time?

In one-time rental you can rent as many vacant items as you want.

9. Can I somehow try out the service easily?

Yes, it is possible to borrow some items once for free. You have to register in the service to do this  (but no payment is made on the card).

10. Why do I have to perform a bank authentication?

The bank authentication enables the use of the 24/7 self service point (for pick-up and return of the items).

11. What do you use my phone number for?

Adding the phone number is not mandatory, but it enables text message reminders that make the monthly package use more convenient.

12.Can I buy and reserve items in the service at the same time?

Yes.

13. Can I return an item beforehand?

Yes you can. You can return the item at any time during your borrowing period.

14. How can I enter Liiteri?

When you have registered and paid a one-time rental or the monthly package to the Liiteri of your choice, you can reserve an item or a tool from Liiteri.

After logging in the service, you can see the “Current Bookings” button at the top of the opening page. By selecting that you can see the reservations you have made in the service. On the same page with your listed reservations you will find a “Open Liiteri” button. By selecting that the Liiteri pick-up point door will open and you can enter it. On this page you can also see your upcoming reservations, but you cannot yet open the door to pick them up. The return of the item is done in the same way. You can return the item at any time during the borrowing period. The instructions to open the door is also sent by email after you have made a reservation.

15. How do I confirm that I have picked up or returned the item I reserved?

You can see your reservations by selecting the “Current Bookings” button at the top of the opening page. On the same page there is a button for each item you have reserved that you can select to confirm the pick-up of that item.

When you make the confirmation by pressing the button, an additional confirmation window will open on the same page. This is to ensure that you did not press the button accidentally.

After confirming the pick-up, a new button will appear on the page for confirming the return of the item. When you have returned the item, you must confirm this by pressing the button.

16. What items can I buy from Liiteri?

You can buy small products for cleaning or improving your home. You can see the available items in each Liiteri from these links:

17. Is it safe to use the Liiteri items?

Yes, the Liiteri items are of high quality. Nevertheless, the items have liability insurance for the cases where an equipment error would cause damage to the user.  The items have also accessories that are required for safe use.

18. What if I cannot use the item I have reserved?

The items come with usage instructions and links to usage instruction videos. We are also happy to help if you have questions regarding the use of the items.

19. What services can I order through Liiteri?

We are introducing service for the repair and servicing of items based on the customer feedback that we receive. We will notify of new services on the Liiteri website and in newsletters that we send to the registered users.

20. Do the monthly packages work in all Liiteri facilities?

The monthly package works in the specific Liiteri that you purchased it for.

21. What is a coupon code and how do I use it?

From time to time we have campaigns that are limited in time and location. As part of the campaign, we may distribute discount coupons to our customers. The coupons allows you to purchase a specific Liiteri monthly package at a discounted price. The coupon is used by entering the characters in the coupon to the field reserved for that when purchasing the monthly package.
